Shipping Policy

General Conditions of Delivery

Industrias Cascan ensures delivery of your products through the selected transport system during the purchase process. Once the order has been completed, an order number will be assigned, which must be linked to the transport guide for follow-up.

Costs and Delivery times

The shipping cost will be calculated and reflected in the shopping cart. Standard shipments have an estimated delivery time 48 to 72 hours skilled after confirmation of payment. During the Christmas season, no offices or arrangements will be made from December 20 to January 7. Orders received during this period will be processed from 8 January, respecting the usual deadlines. We appreciate your understanding and wish you a happy holiday.

Stock Breaks

In case of stock rupture or lack of timely availability of an item, Industrias Cascan you will immediately notify the customer to offer a new delivery date or, if not possible, proceed to annul the product in question. A delay in the specified time limits will not generate the right to compensation.

Regular Delivery Policy

Standard time: Delivery in 48-72 hours after confirmation of payment.
Delivery times: Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 06:00PM and Saturdays from 09:00am to 12:00PM.
Product condition: Delivery is ensured in optimal conditions, as requested.

Return Policy

Product Return Do not meet Customer Expectations

If the customer considers that the product does not meet their expectations, it has a deadline 14 days from the reception to request the return. The item must be without use, in perfect condition and with its original packaging and accessories. The shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.

Returns by Defective Product of Origin

In case the product received is defective, the customer must return it to Industrias Cascan, which will manage the sending of a new article of the same reference at no additional cost. The first shipment will only be invoiced. If the customer chooses to change it for another item, the refund and forwarding costs will run on their own.

Return by Incorrect Product

If the product received does not match the order, the customer must notify you in a maximum period of 7 days dit's from the reception. The product must be without use, in perfect condition and with its original packaging and accessories. Industrias Cascan you will arrange the collection of the wrong product and send the correct item at no additional cost.

Important Considerations

No refund or forwarding of goods will be made until the receipt of the product has been verified, including its original packaging and accessories.
The refund shall be made in accordance with the payment method used and shall correspond to the price originally indicated in the order.
Items purchased on offer are excluded from the refund policy. Only products purchased at a regular price will be refunded.
